Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. You will be notified of any significant delays.

Domestic Shipping (Pakistan)

We ship all across Pakistan.

Estimated delivery times:

Islamabad / Rawalpindi : 2–4 business days

Other cities: 3–7 business days

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and may vary based on your location and order weight.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select countries. Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination:

Asia: 7–14 business days

Europe: 10–20 business days

Other regions: 14–30 business days

International shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Customs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

You can track your order until it reaches your doorstep.
