Return Policy – 7 Days
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
Your item must be in the same condition as you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Custom or personalized leather items
Sale items
Gift cards
All other standard leather products (wallets, belts, accessories) are eligible for return as long as they meet the above conditions.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current item first, and once the return is approved, place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Banks or credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund.
